Short version: the only personal data this website collects is what you type into the contact form. We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on these pages.

What we collect
Through the form on this site: your name, your email address, your organization’s website if you give one, what you write in the message field, and which page you sent it from. Nothing else, and nothing is required beyond a name and an email address.
This site sets no cookies, and it loads no analytics, advertising, or social-network trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we collect it, and for how long
To reply to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to run the project. Submissions reach our own team channels and are kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick a thread back up. After that, or whenever you ask, they are deleted.
Who else sees it
Only the people at Revero working on your enquiry, plus the services that carry it: our website host, and the messaging service that delivers form submissions to our team. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not send it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Email we send you
If we contact your organization about our services, every message carries our postal address and a working unsubscribe link. One click is enough: we stop, and we do not pass your address to anyone else. Replying “remove me” works just as well.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason, and we answer within 30 days. If you are in a place whose law gives you further rights over your data, we honour those too.
