The organizations that trust us with this cannot afford a bad agency.
Charities, parishes, and nonprofits run on donated time and money. A wasted quarter is not a line in a report — it is a programme that did not happen. That is the standard this part of our work is held to.

A grant is the rare budget a small organization can actually win
Nonprofits compete for attention against organizations with marketing departments. The Ad Grant is one of the few places where that gap closes: a local charity with the right keywords can appear above a national brand, because the auction rewards relevance rather than budget.
Getting there takes paperwork most small teams do not have the hours for — charitable status, a website that passes review, an account structure that stays compliant. That is the part we take off their hands.
The result is not a certificate on a wall. It is people finding the organization at the moment they are searching for help.

Six commitments we hold to on this work
We say no when the answer is no
Some organizations will not qualify, and some would qualify but should not spend the months it takes. We tell you that on the first call, before there is an invoice to defend.
The budget is Google's, not yours
An approved grant spends up to $120,000 a year that never leaves your accounts. For a small charity that is the difference between a campaign and a wish.
Compliance is part of the care
A suspended grant account costs a charity far more than it costs an agency. We keep accounts inside Google's rules rather than chasing numbers that put them at risk.
Faith communities get the same rigour
Parishes and monasteries are held to the same standards as any other applicant — content, structure, tracking. We do that work without asking anyone to become a marketing department.
Nothing published you would not sign
Copy, ad text, and site content are approved by you. Your community reads it before your donors do.
The account stays with the organization
Grant accounts, analytics, and websites are registered in the organization's name. If we part ways, the mission keeps its infrastructure.
What boards and trustees ask
Do you charge charities the same as businesses?
Scope decides the fee, not sector. A parish site with five pages is not priced like a multilingual platform. Ask on the call and you will get a number, not a range.
Our organization is small. Is $10,000 a month too much to use?
It is a ceiling, not a target. Most small organizations spend a fraction of it at first, and that is fine — an account that spends $2,000 a month on the right searches beats one that burns $10,000 on the wrong ones.
We are a church. Does that affect eligibility?
Religious organizations can qualify, provided they hold valid charitable status and their advertising does not require anyone to accept a particular faith to receive help. We review the specifics with you before applying.
What happens to the grant if we stop working with you?
Nothing changes on Google's side — the account belongs to your organization. We hand over access, documentation, and the campaign structure, and you can run it in-house or with anyone else.
Tell us what your organization is trying to do.
We look at your status, your website, and your mission, and answer one question honestly: can the Google Ad Grant help you, and what would it take.
- A straight answer on eligibility, including a no
- What the grant would realistically reach in your area
- The documents and website work it would need
